Introduction
Tuohua Motor Housings are high-precision aluminum components designed to encase electric motors in automotive and industrial applications. Featuring integrated cooling channels and exceptional roundness, these housings ensure optimal thermal management and operational stability.

Technical Specifications
With mature technology and high dimensional accuracy, our motor housing profiles feature an outer diameter of 200mm–400mm, dense cooling channels, and roundness ≤ 1mm.

Compared with cast motor housings, extruded motor housing profiles offer distinct advantages, including superior hardness and better consistency.

We supply components to more than 40 vehicle models from 12 domestic and international automakers, such as Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, GAC, Geely and Hozon.

Production Capacity
The annual production capacity of motor housings reaches 30,000 tons. Our motor housings are produced on large extrusion presses, including 10k-ton Extrusion Press and 11 medium-to-large extrusion lines with capacities from 2,500t to 6,000t, ensuring sufficient press capacity for motor housing production.
